About Paulina Tenner

My Story

I originally started off as a burlesque dancer, which was one of the best decisions I have ever made. It's part of my life that I am extremely proud of and open with.

I learned a lot as a burlesque dancer that influenced my journey as a business founder and investor. You would be surprised at how much business and burlesque have in common!

When I left the burlesque scene, I began my own journey as a business owner, and now spend my time as a serial entrepreneur, speaker, author, and investor. 

My Values & Beliefs

• Transparency

  Transparency is a huge part of how I have built my own business. I believe in being completely open and honest with all of my employees and enforce self-set pay and self-management. 

• Meeting people in their world

  Interviewing and business settings only allow you to meet an individuals corporate image. I believe in open culture interviewing to build a professional picture, but also build out people's thoughts and feelings towards the world in general.

• Being vulnerable 

  I like the rawness and being honest with what I am struggling with, it reminds me that I am a tiny fragment in a mosaic of beings, and brings me a sense of relief.
