I’m Paulina Tenner, a speaker and writer on a mission to inspire other business owners with my radical and fresh perspectives on transforming the workplace. These perspectives are the same ones I have used over the last ten years to found and grow my own second company GrantTree, which operates holacracy and is financially transparent, and to invest in others.
I now use the lessons I have learnt as a business owner and seed investor to empower decision makers at live events and speaking engagements all over the world. ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Paulina Tenner is an entrepreneur, angel investor, TEDx speaker, and co-founder of GrantTree, started with a purpose to help tech start-ups navigate the complex world of government funding. Since 2010, the team grew organically from two to over 50 and raised over £200m for more than 600 technology start-ups and scale-ups using solely government funding schemes.
Paulina is also a seed investor and a start-up mentor, who features as a keynote speaker at technology conferences worldwide. She has been interviewed by the BBC, the Financial Times, the Guardian, featured on Channel 5, in the Huffington Post, on Virginstartups.com, and many more.
